I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Base Beppu Aparthotel. The room was beautiful and comfortable, with a small kitchenette and access to Netflix. The location was great, just a short walk from the train station. The hotel also provided convenient laundry facilities, including a washing machine and a separate drying room. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay in the center of town that felt like home. the suites were very comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. the washing machine was very handy and being able to hang clothes in the shower room was very practical. the location is perfect, just a short walk from the train station and there were plenty of convenience stores in close proximity. Plus, the access to streaming services kept us entertained during our New Year's stay.
Cleaning could be improved, with some crumbs found in hard to reach areas. the hotel provided instructions for using the appliances in several languages, but they were not complete or clear.

We were blown away by the smart concept of this hotel. the fully equipped, spacious and modern room made us feel at home. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and close to great restaurants. We enjoyed the use of the excellent washing machine and laundry drying room. the lighting in the building gave it a cozy atmosphere.
The bathroom was not as clean as it could have been.

Lovely apartment, fully equipped. Quiet and safe surroundings. Easy check-in with coded entry. Clean, spacious rooms with great beds. Convenient kitchen and laundry facilities. Close to desired locations, but still quiet. Plenty of nearby parking options. Good kitchenette.
